It was the government's relationship with Kathleen Joyce Director Boston Bar Association, he resigned and walked Beacon Street around 17:30 on Wednesday, when someone comes in and gets on your iPhone.
"Somebody just grabbed my phone and take off," said Joyce. "I turned around and started running after him."
Joyce runs down Tremont Street to Beacon, screaming, running to help and follow the man as he takes turn in what turned out to be a dead end street near the Granary Burying Ground.
"By the time I catch up on the white truck was finally cornered him," he said. But the robber fleeing, jumping over the fence at the end of the street.
Two men were standing. He looks and sees that one of them was Sen. Michael Rush, West Roxbury Democrat.
"I do not know how they see me," said Joyce. "But I was lucky that someone actually takes the time and help."
Moments later, the three looked down and saw the phone Joyce on earth - not started.
